are “gutter guards”/ “gutter helmets” worth the investment?

just bought a house with screens over the gutters that do not look so great and are falling off in places. can’t decide whether to pull them off and leave the gutters exposed or pay to have gutter helmets professionally installed. (have several trees throughout the yard - oak, ash, etc.)

    The flow of your guttering plus it adds weight to clean and the fasteners and branhes in them its pain to clean and branhes in them its pain to clean and the whole gutter system.

    I bought some 6ft sections from Lowes. They work really good.
