I have a house with a ice problem ice starts in the gutters then goes 3 foot up the roof worried it is going to come in the house, already has in 1 room. Im thinking of ripping the gutters off the house did not have this problem before they were put on this past summer. My roof is only a couple years old and has ice guard on it , any suggestions what to do ? live in michigan snow and ice season just starting

You may need to clean your gutters and downspouts out if they have leaves and debris in them they will freeze and back up….
did you mean they had ice guard on them or gutter guard? Yes you should have gutters to keep the water away from your foundation..
