How do you get a cat out of a storm gutter?

My dog chased a cat into the strom gutter and we don’t know how to get it out. Will you helps us please? Will you tell me how to get it out or at least give me some tips?

    u could coax it out with cat treats, make sure ur dog is inside tho. is it stuck? if so call animal control they will come get him out with out hurting him. dont try and force him urself he could get hurt or stuck even worse.
