Water collects in the middle of my rain gutters, do I have to adjust the slope?

My gutters are hung with hangers, they are pretty old and rusted. I’m not sure they are going to come off too easy if I have to adjust the slope.

    The weight of the weight of the standing water could ultimately break them loose causing even further repair.
