Gary asked:

I’m located in South Georgia and have to unclog my rain gutters several times a year. The Oak leaves on the several trees(water oaks) around my home are small in size and I’m thinking may clog typical “gutter guard” designs. The trees are great, but a pain. Does anyone have experience or knowledge of a product that would do the trick? Self installation is fine with me, I’m just tired of cleaning gutters out constantly.

Use a product that uses surface tension. The ones with mesh or “Micro holes” I have found that you end up cleaning the gutter guard out instead of the gutters. Sort of defeats the purpose.

The gutters otherwise do get screen filter that fits over the gutters otherwise do get up there with hose once.

They have gutter robots now. They clean your gutters out, all by theirselves.
