What is the sturdiest hanger for a gutter?

Is the fascia bracket stronger than gutter spikes which are driven through the gutter and fascia board? Is it easier to put up a gutter with fascia brackets because they can be put up first and the gutter doesn’t have to be held in place by 2 people to fasten it? Can fascia brackets support a greater weight of water than the spikes or hidden gutter fasteners which have one big screw that goes into the fascia and supports the lip on the other side?
